GPU-free lane — per-stage recovery montages

Agent-rendered recovery montages illustrating the LOCALIZE and REPAIR failure modes that the training-free / GPU-free per-stage agents target: a raw LLM draw (red) mislocalizes or drifts, and a numpy-only per-stage skill recovers it (blue). Ground truth in green.

Honest provenance. These figures are agent-rendered raw-draw→recovered montages; the per-figure Dice shown is the rendering pipeline's (some reflect the deployed pipeline / oracle), not necessarily the GPU-free lane's aggregate — the GPU-free-lane numbers are in the scorecard on the main page. They illustrate the failure mode, not the lane's absolute Dice. Kvasir has no montage here (its per-stage result is an honest null — a gate wall, nothing to recover on-screen), and a CXR atlas-localizer montage is pending (scorecard: CXR LOCALIZE +0.190).

Biggest recovery: raw LLM draw 0.197 → recovered 0.922. The raw polygon lands on bowel/liver; a left-upper-quadrant anatomical prior re-seeds it onto the spleen. Illustrates the LOCALIZE failure the GPU-free lane targets (scorecard: GPU-free 0.555→0.60).
